Integrative Life Planning
Integrative Life Planning is for anyone who wants to engage in life in a deep and meaningful way – by bringing your natural talents, gifts and purpose to daily living.
Finding our purpose evolves over a lifetime. How many times have you asked yourself, “What do I want to be when I grow up?” You can begin your quest by asking a different question – “What is my calling?”
Integrative Life Planning can help you:
- Explore ways to live a purposeful life – by aligning your purpose with your calling.
- Identify career/life goals that reflect your essence – who you are…your personality, your interests, your values, and your talents.
- Bring renewal to an existing vocation/avocation – by appreciating your talents and capabilities and finding new ways in which to express them.
- Gain insight to a challenge or desire.
- Consider new ways to grow and learn.
Our Services are tailored for you and may include:
- Assessments – to provide you with objective information which can enhance self-awareness. Assessment instruments we use include:
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®,
- Strong Interest Inventory, and
- Kerwin Values Survey.
- Models and Concepts – to foster shifts in your perception and support your desire to change.
- Action Research – to help you search out, clarify or resolve a specific dilemma.
Our Beliefs:
Dreamweavers Institute believes that your “investment” in Integrative Life Planning is an investment in your future. We are committed to giving you the resources you need so you can become self-reliant in managing career and life transitions. It is our conviction that Integrative Life Planning requires a “personal” investment – not just financial resources, but also your time and energy. Our focus is to guide and support you through each stage of the renewal process.
How the Partnership works:
The length of the partnership varies depending on where you are now and what you are willing to do to get where you want to be in the future. The process often lasts 3 to 6 months, depending on the frequency of meetings and resources available to support the process. Some individuals find it beneficial to spread the meetings over a longer period of time. All arrangements are established in the initial contracting session – which is complimentary.
